Despite challenging weather in the early weeks, our rescue and veterinary teams continued working around the clock to ensure every injured, abandoned, and sick animal received the care they deserved. With our fully equipped vet hospital and experienced vet surgeon, we provided animal treatment, lifesaving surgeries, intensive care, and daily medical support for strays in need. This month, our rescue team responded to numerous emergency calls, helping animals suffering from maggot wounds, fractures, viral infections, road accidents, skin diseases, and severe malnutrition. September was a remarkable month for Bark India Charitable Trust, marking our highest number of rescues and surgeries to date. Our dedicated team carried out 142 rescues, provided life-saving treatments, and successfully completed 100 surgeries at our veterinary hospital in Pondicherry.
