Completing 5 years in serving animals- Charity for stray animals in India

Bark India Charitable Trust celebrates its 5th anniversary in serving the needy street animals in Pondicherry and Tamilnadu. Established in 18th August, 2015, 2720 strays have been rescued and treated at our veterinary hospital and rescue centre. 1738 animals ( dogs and cats) were successfully sterilized and 71 animals got new homes by adoption programme, 5 medical camps have been conducted along with feeding programme and school awareness campaigns.

We thank God almighty for the very opportunity we could serve animals without interruption from day one. Bark India expresses its gratitude for each and everyone who has been supporting Bark India by monetary and in- kind donations. We anticipate all your co-operation in helping more and  more fur kids who needs hospitalization, and medical care.

Many of planned programmes had to be cancelled due to the unfavourable situation of Covid-19. A free anti- rabies vaccination will be conducted in Lawspet, Puducherry on 30th August, 2020.

We anticipate all your co-operation and support in our ongoing journry to help more poor animals.
