Rescue Update:
Community dog rescued from Ellaipillaichavady, Reddiyarpalayam, Pondicherry – Before and after treatment at Bark India rescue centre.

He was brought to Bark India hospital by his community care takers Mr. Jaimani and Mr. Ramji, with a huge maggot infection that covered the whole of the dog’s head. He was too lean and weak with the infection that even made his colour unrecognised on face.

It took nearly 3 months for him to recover completely as his wound got healed with a healthy coat and body. His sterilization was done once he improved in health, and going back to his care takers after treatment and vaccination.
